I appreciate that I can easily make changes to my kid's RESP via email. Last month we deposited a lump sum but was debitted twice. The mistake was corrected a few days later and the funds were returned however we got charged an NSF fee as a result. I raised my concern with our agent Blessie Manders and she got the fee reimbersed for us.
